50 Years of Women Conference Annapolis

The following SAN events will occur as part of the larger “50 Years of Women” Celebration: 1) a Survivor panel for mids and alumni on Thu 16 April, 2) a Health & Healing panel with panelists discussing their healing journeys from various illnesses/traumas including sexual assault on Fri 17 April from 10:30 – 11:45 AM, 3) facilitated Healing groups for those who have experienced sexual harassment/assault or any traumatic negative experience on Fri 17 April and Sat 18 April , 4) One-to-one counseling sessions on Fri 17 April and Sat 18 April.

In 2026, we mark a historic half-century since women were first admitted to the U.S. Naval Academy. Since that groundbreaking class in 1976, over 7,500 women have graduated from USNA, shattering barriers and achieving incredible feats.
